The Columbus Football Organization does offer scholarships to help a child play football when finances may be tight.  In order to qualify for a scholarship, you must fill out the attached form and submit it to the Columbus Football Organization by the end of the registration closing.  If you do qualify for a scholarship, please note that there are additional requirements that are expected when receiving a scholarship.  Parents are expected to volunteer at a minimum of THREE CFO events from the Sign Up Genius that is sent out,  along with selling additional (double) the amount of fundraiser requirements.  We do require a $40 deposit and if all requirements have been made and equipment is turned back in, the $40 deposit will be returned.

If you signed your child up for the Columbus Football Organization and for some reason, had a change of heart.  If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know.  If for some reason, your child can no longer play and you would like a refund.  Please read and fill out the attached form.

The CFO takes great pride in our equipment, uniforms and jersey's.  The cost to supply a player with the essentials during the football season is significant cost, which is why we expect our players and/or parent to take great pride in taking care of the equipment, uniforms and jersey's.  

When registering your child for the CFO program, you have signed our Uniform, Equipment and Jersey Agreement.  You and/or Child will also sign the agreement as you pick up your uniforms for the Fall Season.  Attached is a copy.
